William, Prince of Wales
Prince William is the eldest child of King Charles III and his first wife, the late Diana. He is the first in line for the British monarchy and was born on June 21, 1982, at St. Marys Hospital.
He is the first heir apparent to the British monarchy to be born outside a palace, in a hospital.

He met his longtime love, Katerine Middleton, at St. Andrews University.
The most-awaited royal wedding for years took place on April 29, 2011, when William married Catherine Middleton at Westminster Abbey. They have three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Their official home is Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, but they also reside in Norfolk at Anmer Hall. Upon his marriage, Queen Elizabeth II bestowed upon him the titles of Duke of Cambridge, Earl of Stratthern, and Baron Carrickfergus.
After the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, on September 8, 2022, William inherited the title of Prince of Wales and Duke of Rothesay.
William represents his father, the King, at a number of formal functions and engagements.
He is a patron of more than thirty military and charity organizations, such as The Passage, Centrepoint, and Tusk Trust.
William works on issues related to emergency personnel, homelessness, mental health, and conservation through the Royal Foundation.
He introduced the £50 million Earthshot Prize in 2020 as a means of rewarding environmentally friendly.
